Bio: We are North American Missionaries called by God to serve in Milford, New Hampshire.

Michele and I grew up in Tabor City, N.C. and graduated Tabor City High School in 1985. At our 5 th year reunion (1990), she finally agreed to a date and we tied the knot two years later (July 25 th ,1992). We have been happily married for fourteen years and have three children, Hugh-11, Tristan-8 and Olivia-5.

God called me to ministry after college (1989) and I ran and ran and ran. God continued His call on my life and I tried to satisfy this by being a ‘good’ Christian, ‘good’ person, ‘good’ husband and father. We surrendered to the call and I enrolled at Southeastern in 2002. We moved to Wake Forest in 2003, and Michele began taking classes offered to wives. Michele was very instrumental in my decision to answer the call.

We sensed a call to missions and through much prayer and discernment and four family trips to New England, we answered God’s call for our family to move to Milford, New Hampshire and plant a church. We have been called to plant our lives, a church in Milford and eventually more churches in New Hampshire and New England.

We arrived in New Hampshire on January 6 th ,2006, and closed on a home in Milford on the 19 th . We immediately began Bible Studies in the home of some people that we had met on one of our mission trips and in February we moved the Bible study to our home and turned it into a Worship service. In June, we started meeting in the ‘old Town Hall’ and God has blessed this move by sending more people.

Opportunities: We would love to have people praying with us for New Hampshire and New England. We welcome mission trips any time of the year and like to know what type of ‘gifts’ that you may have that can be utilized. Playing instruments, leading a Bible study, giving testimonies, servanthood evangelism (work projects), door to door witnessing, prayer walks and being a part of what granite Baptist may be doing at the time you are available to take a mission trip.
