G.O. Team Members
Pastoral Staff, Elders, Deacons
- Each pastor would serve 1 night a month
- Each Elder, Deacon would serve 1 night a month

- Enlisted leaders
- Captains serve 1 night a month
- Captains serve in pairs
- (1 Captain per every 20 team members)

- Members serve on 1 team, 1 night per month

Avenues of Outreach
Visitation
- Evangelist visits by those equipped to make these visits
- Church Prospect visits
- Crisis or Care visits to members

- 1st Time visitors
- Church Prospects
- Bible Study Absentees

G.O. Night of Outreach
- Leadership arrive at 6:40
- Team members arrive and Sign 7:00
- Make Assignments
- Outreach 7:10
- Report Time 8:15 - 8:30
Qualifications of G.O. Team Members
- Know for sure you are "born again", you know where you will spend
eternity.
- Commit to be present at G.O. 12 times a year. If you can’t honestly
make a commitment then don't.
- Have proper motivation to serve. G.O. team members are to be
motivated by Christ love. You should have expressed love first from our
Savior, followed by love for the sinner who we are trying to reach.
