Biography

Chad is a gifted musician and worship leader. His musical abilities are vast, but his heart for worship leading is central to who he is today. Chad’s      ministry verse is John 4:23-24,“But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth!” He believes that all worship should be done with passion and purpose! Chad believes passion is worship that is spirit filled; and purpose is being grounded completely in the Word of God.

Chad grew up in Kernersville, NC, around the music of the church, and from a young age knew that his life would be filled with making music. So, it comes as no surprise that Chad married another musician. Chad and Dawn met in high school and have been together since that time. It was with Dawn that Chad entered a small college in Tennessee for his freshman year of  education and later together with Dawn enrolled at the North Carolina School of the Arts where Chad earned his piano performance degree in 2002. Chad was ordained in 2003 at Curtis Baptist Church in Augusta, Georgia.

While Chad was finishing up school, he took his first ministry position at the age of 19. Chad has continued his education through the Worship      Institutes at Southeastern Seminary and Liberty University. Chad has served churches in Winston Salem, Augusta, and most recently Charlotte.

Chad and Dawn are the parents of three boys, five year old twins Cameron and Codey and 5 month old Cade. They love family time with the boys. They realize that this road with their children will only be walked once and want to make the most of every moment.
